Here at DJS Electrical and Machinery Services we do not just build and install new. We also offer our customers the opportunity to modify existing systems, machinery or control panels. This can be for a variety of reasons. You may require additional emergency stop features due to new additional guarding. Or you may wish to modify a particular function of a machine so that it performs better, or more efficiently.

There is literally thousands of possible needs which require a modification. All you need however is our contact information. We can discuss the issue over the phone and arrange a meeting if necessary so that we may see the setup and how the requirements will work. We are happy to look into mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic modifications alongside any electrical ones, giving you peace of mind that one service provider can accommodate all modifications and requirements.
We can provide drawings for any modifications carried out, and can also modify any existing drawings to show the new arrangement so that future maintenance and fault finding can be carried out with the confidence that the drawings held are correct and accurate. All electrical modifications will be of the highest standard, using machine specific Tri-rated PVC insulated multi-strand cables, sized according to the application and in accordance with the IEE Regulations (BS7671). Any electrical hardware used will be CE marked and of a reputable manufacturer.
